One of my favorite parts of being a photographer is witnessing some of the most important milestones of people’s lives. At some point during every shoot, I try to take a second, step back and consider the significance of that moment in time. I LOVE capturing the excitement in a newly engaged couple’s eyes, the unique love surrounding a wedding day, the hope and anticipation of two people expecting their first baby. For Mackenzie and Bill, I have been HONORED to capture all three of these amazing moments! Most recently, on a lucky, unseasonably warm winter weekend, we drove out to Manassas Battlefield for a maternity shoot. Mackenzie and Bill were wonderful to work with, as always, but someone else definitely tried to steal the show!
