Kimmie & Val met playing soccer on the White House Ellipse. They were both new to the DC area and looking to make friends. Short bursts of mid-game conversations on opposing teams led to post-game friendship and, eventually, that first date. Five years later, they found themselves looking towards the future and planning simultaneous marriage proposals to each other!

K+V’s wedding day was filled with so many personal touches. From cornhole at cocktail hour to a dance floor lit up by glowsticks, they incorporated fun (and family) into every element of the day! And let’s not forget about the world’s best ring bearer and all around very-good-boy – Louie, the dog! Capturing this candlelit celebration was such a pleasure. Congratulations, Kimmie & Val!
