What’s one of the best ways to get GENUINE interaction in your engagement photos? Choose a location where you would naturally hang out!

That’s exactly what Em & Brad did! We spent the late afternoon strolling around the DC neighborhood where they live. They walk those streets hand-in-hand all the time…this time I was just hiding behind a tree with a camera. We stopped by one of their favorite local coffee houses, Ebenezer’s, where they sipped their drinks and played a quick game of cards. Their laughter was contagious, and I’m pretty sure they forgot I was even there! (In case you were wondering who won the card game…it was Brad. Em said it was the first time he’s ever beat her, and she couldn’t believe there were photos to prove it!)
