As they planned their wedding day, Alison & Jon agreed that they wanted to hold on to the wedding traditions that resonated with them and ditch the rest. I love this sentiment! Their ceremony included the Jewish tradition of “the breaking of the glass” and they were raised up on chairs, surrounded by their families and friends during the reception Horah dance. Parting ways with the traditional white, Alison chose to think outside the box for her bridal look (and holy WOW to the way she rocked that Marchesa dress)! For some added reception entertainment, the couple surprised their guests with a tarot card reader, a perfect fit for the celestial theme that inspired the whole event!
From the touches of navy, gold, and silver to the miniature four-legged getting-ready-guest to that garden ceremony in front of the blooming hydrangeas to the twirling lift that closed out the most beautifully choreographed first dance, this was a day to remember! Thank you for letting us capture all of the incredible moments and details!
Cheers, Alison & Jon! #JonFelForAli
