Picture it – you’re a bride in those final stages of wedding planning, less than a month to go, and you break your arm. Not just any break – a FULL ARM CAST type of a break. That was the news that landed in my inbox at the end of September. “Just wanted to update you that I broke my arm this weekend and unfortunately will be in a cast for the wedding. This may take some creativity with pictures!” Lexi was cool as a cucumber about the news, and I was so amazed by her positive perspective!

Spoiler alert…you’ll notice that there is no bride with a cast in these photos. By some miracle, Lexi was able to have that cast removed THE DAY BEFORE HER WEDDING! Crisis averted, and I couldn’t have been more happy for her!

Lexi & Justin’s cast-free wedding day was surrounded by so much love. The couple was married in a gorgeous outdoor terrace in the heart of Old Town Alexandria. Their wedding was filled with tales of twins, petal-flinging grandmas, ring-bearing grandpas, serenading siblings, and the sweetest of father-mother-daughter dances.
